The fight ended before the third round. The referee and the entire crowd were astonished by the obvious swelling on the right side of the boxer’s face.
At BKFC 94, held at Manchester’s AO Arena, Ste Wallwork was making his debut in the organization against Leigh Cohoon; by the end of the second round, the swelling was already obvious.
The ringside doctor examined him and decided to stop the fight. Cohoon earned the victory by technical knockout, with the stoppage recorded at five minutes of the second round.
That was how Wallwork’s BKFC debut ended: without a third round and under medical review.
