Thai billionaire Dhanin Chearavanont gave an apartment to Nene Royal’s family before she knew the outcome of America’s Got Talent 2026. On September 5, the businessman handed the home over to her parents, before the 16-year-old rocker’s trip to the United States for the finale.
The apartment, at Mulberry Grove The Forestias, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Chearavanont called it a gift “from one family to another”, with no strings attached, and praised Nene’s dedication and her parents’ support.
The family received the home without knowing the outcome. Weeks later, Nene won the finale and made history in Thai entertainment: the home had arrived before the victory.
