In one word: authentic. Everyone loves him and wants to know what he is up to, what he likes, what he thinks. Well, in interviews Erling Haaland has opened up about some of his tastes, including his culinary preferences, and with NRK (Norwegian public network) he was categorical in expressing his love for kebabs.
This delicious preparation consists of roasted meat on a rotating vertical spit that is sliced into thin strips. To this is added a variety of vegetables and sauces, all assembled in a dough. Finger-licking good.
He likes kebabs so much that he even said he could serve them at his wedding, if he were to marry the beautiful Isabel Haugseng Johansen.
“At a wedding, you want to serve the best possible, so it might as well be kebabs”, said the footballer.
And he did not stop there. Haaland explained what his dates with Isabel are usually like: “I make dinner… Well, it’s going to be a little embarrassing for her that I say this, but she also likes video games. So we play Minecraft together. We sit down to play, build houses and all that. Or we go home, to Bryne, and order kebabs“, he said.
