Christopher Schwarzenegger was 24 when he decided to change his life.

It was 2019, and Arnold Schwarzenegger’s youngest son began, almost silently, a journey that had nothing to do with quick aesthetic results or following in his father’s bodybuilding footsteps. Unlike his brother Joseph Baena, who did embrace bodybuilding, Christopher chose a different goal: to feel good, without seeking muscles or magazine covers.

Now, at 27, walking through the streets of Malibu in white sweatpants and a blue sweatshirt, that effort shows. Slimmer than ever, he confirms with every public appearance that his transformation was not a stroke of luck. He himself described it as “a lot of trial and error”, a slow process, with no shortcuts, sustained by the discipline that is rarely shown on social media. And although he always preferred to keep a low profile, today his body tells a story that he built step by step, year after year.
