No one asked for this, but there it was: Donald Trump walking in polygonal pixels toward the White House.
The video is called “The Legend of Trump: Make America Great Again” and was uploaded by the official White House account on X on September 8, just hours after Nintendo confirmed in its Direct the remake of Ocarina of Time for Switch 2, releasing on November 5.
The imitation is so faithful that it copies the music, the title screen, and even Navi’s classic “Hey! Listen!”. In the end, Trump appears signing papers in the Oval Office while a text claims that “he works tirelessly to make America great again”.
The internet, of course, did not let the moment pass: thousands of users began asking Nintendo to sue the White House for using its character without permission. Amid laughter and memes, some even compared Trump to Princess Zelda. Nintendo, for now, is keeping absolutely silent. What do you think?
