Christina, an ICU veterinary nurse, moved millions of people after sharing a video in which she stays with a newly operated dog that could not stop crying because it had never spent a night alone.
When the animal saw her enter the kennel, it immediately seemed much calmer. The nurse removed its Elizabethan collar, settled in beside it, and covered them both with a blanket to protect themselves from the cold. The dog ended up curling up on top of her and, after receiving pets and feeling safe, finally closed its eyes and was able to sleep deeply next to its caregiver 🥰.
