His trainer, Dodd Romero, couldn’t believe it: he had been working all day, and there he was, lifting weights again. “People see the result, but they don’t understand that you’re there at that hour”, he told him. Kravitz, at 62, doesn’t deny it: he follows a vegan, raw, sugar-free diet, trains every day without a fixed schedule, and says it plainly: “I’ve never felt physically better in my life”.

It’s not vanity; it’s discipline accumulated over decades. Last year, a video of him working out in leather pants went viral, and even the other gym members started copying his style. At this age, Kravitz isn’t chasing youth. He simply lives in it.
