“I looked really strange”, Courteney Cox, the Friends actress who played Monica, opened up as rarely before about one of her biggest Hollywood regrets.
During the Gloss Angeles Beauty Podcast in 2022, the actress explained that her filler treatments started as something small and ended up transforming her face without her realizing it. “You don’t realize that you look a little different, so you keep having more work done, because you yourself see yourself as normal. It’s a domino effect”, she said.
Cox admitted that she only understood the extent of the change when she looked through old photos of herself. That’s why she made a drastic decision: she had most of the fillers dissolved and says that only then did she feel like herself again in front of the mirror.
