Leslie and Alexis were pregnant when they first met, at a church in Texas, 25 years ago.
They had no idea what was to come. Their families moved to different states, and life took them down separate paths, but their friendship endured. They stayed in touch all those years—one of those friendships where you seek each other out even if months go by without seeing each other.
What neither of them could have predicted was that the babies they were carrying would eventually meet. Macy and David fell in love, got married in 2021, and recently welcomed their first daughter, Juliette.
