Justin Gignac is a New York artist and since 2001 he has had an unusual business: he sells city trash as if it were art. 🗑️
On July 3, when Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce got married at Madison Square Garden, Gignac saw the perfect opportunity. He collected waste from outside the venue — cigarette butts, an ovulation test, bottle caps, Ring Pop candies, police tape, and even a loose AirPod — and sealed it in plastic cubes under the name ‘Uninvited Edition’.

At $25 each, they sold out in less than 24 hours. Gignac had already racked up $1,250 in sales when he spoke with AFP. And as if that weren’t enough: according to TMZ, someone put an air bag supposedly collected at the wedding on eBay… for nearly $50,000. ✨
