Mauricio C., a 54-year-old architect from Rosario, married and the father of three children, landed at Rosario Airport in the early hours of May 10 escorted by the Airport Security Police. His entire family was waiting for him at the terminal. 😳
It all began during the Copa Airlines flight from Panama, when a girl traveling with her grandmother noticed suspicious movements under some blankets in seats 1F and 1E of the business-class cabin. The grandmother alerted the flight attendants, who found Mauricio and Sandra O., 59, in a more than obvious situation. The pilot alerted the authorities and, upon landing at 00:12 hs, the police boarded the plane directly. What makes the story even more brutal: while all this was happening, Mauricio called his wife to tell her that the delay in disembarking was “a problem involving all the passengers”. She was waiting for him outside. She saw him come down with the officers. 💀
Both were taken to Police Station No. 12 and later released, although they were notified regarding the alleged crime of obscene exhibition. Sandra, for her part, denied all responsibility and —according to reports— took it upon herself to point out Mauricio to the authorities. The case was reassigned to Rosario’s Specialized Unit for Crimes against Sexual Integrity, and its legal status remained undefined at the time this article closed. 🚨
