It happened at a pet store in Colorado, where Timothy Davis simulated an epileptic seizure on the floor to distract employees and customers.
While everyone was trying to help him, Jonathan Muniz entered the store, took two English bulldog puppies from their cages, and escaped.
Davis was arrested at the scene on charges of theft and drug possession, while Muniz was detained, found guilty, and sentenced to 8 years in prison.
Only one of the puppies was recovered and returned to the store. The other was sold and could never be located. 😓
