Timmy Vick, 5, lives in Blades, Delaware, and was diagnosed with autism at 2. In October 2018 he was found to have a brain tumor and was awaiting surgery. His only comfort was a WWE championship belt that his father had sent to be customized by artist Sergio Moreira in Washington. 🏆

Two women took the package from Moreira’s porch without knowing what was inside. When security cameras captured the theft and Timmy’s story became local news, something changed. They returned with the belt and a four-page handwritten letter in which they confessed to being homeless and struggling with addiction.

“I would never in a million years have stolen from a sick five-year-old child”, one of them wrote. Moreira finished customizing the belt and delivered it to Timmy, who, according to his mother, Danialle Johnson, sleeps every night hugging it as if it were his security blanket. 💙
