Raynaud phenomenon occurs when small blood vessels temporarily narrow, usually due to cold or stress, reducing blood flow to the fingers. 🖐️❄️

During an episode, the fingers may turn white or bluish, feel cold or numb, and then become reddish when circulation returns. It may occur on its own or be associated with other diseases, especially autoimmune diseases.
