In 2002, Jason Padgett was an ordinary furniture salesman in the United States: he partied, chased women, and was never interested in studying. But everything changed one night when he was brutally beaten by two men outside a karaoke bar and was knocked unconscious.

After waking up, he began to see the world in a completely different way, surrounded by geometric figures and mathematical patterns in every object. Doctors diagnosed him with Acquired Savant Syndrome, a rare condition caused by brain damage that can awaken extraordinary abilities.

Jason went from failing math to writing books, giving TEDx talks, and selling fractal art inspired by complex calculations, becoming one of fewer than 100 recorded cases in the world.
