Tini Stoessel began her career as a teenager and, for years, it was her father, Alejandro Stoessel, who was behind the management of her businesses.
Everything changed when the singer tried to buy a luxury handbag and discovered that she had limits on accessing her own money. That led her to request an audit, and what she found reportedly caused the professional break with her father: Tini was not listed as the owner or shareholder of the companies receiving the income generated by her music, image, contracts, and shows.
According to published reports, these companies were under Alejandro Stoessel’s control. It was even reported that, of the approximately US$43 million FUTTTURA allegedly generated, the singer allegedly received around US$300.000.
Tini is now reportedly seeking to regain financial control of her career. After 15 years of being the person behind one of the most profitable names in Argentine music, she discovered that being “Tini” did not necessarily mean owning everything Tini generated.
