It all began when Camila González arrived in desperation at the Clínica Veterinaria SOS with a kitten in critical condition after a severe seizure.
But the receptionist, without even looking at the little one, denied them entry because the doctors were on their lunch break. “Come back in an hour,” was her cold response.
Despite Camila’s pleas, no one at the clinic was willing to interrupt their lunch to save him and, tragically, Oreo died in a vehicle on the way to another clinic.
Following the backlash on social media, the clinic only issued a statement “regretting the events” without offering a real apology. 💔
