Bullfighter Paco Ureña suffered a serious health incident at the Las Ventas bullring located in Madrid, Spain.
The incident occurred on Sunday, May 31, when an animal from Adolfo Martín’s ranch charged at him and left him hanging from its horn for several seconds. The victim suffered a goring wound to his left thigh with two trajectories of 20 and 10 centimeters that came to compress the femoral artery. Despite the intense pain, the man finished the fight before going to the infirmary for emergency care.
His manager Juan Diego reported that the patient is progressing favorably and has already been discharged to recover at home.
