What began as a simple family joke ended up becoming a viral phenomenon. A woman shared several videos showing her husband’s curious habit: every time she leaves him alone for a few minutes, she ends up finding him sound asleep… floating in the pool.
In the footage, the man can be seen completely relaxed, with his eyes closed and his body motionless as he stays afloat. The most striking thing, according to his wife, is that he even snores while sleeping on the water.
“My husband constantly sleeps in the pool. He snores, floats, and doesn’t move at all”, she wrote alongside the video, prompting thousands of reactions and comments.
Social media quickly filled with jokes:
“Your husband must have been a hippopotamus in another life.”
“Tell the truth… your husband is a sea lion.”
“The only thing saving him is having that belly.”
Although most people took the situation humorously, several users also pointed out that falling asleep in a pool can be dangerous, even for people who know how to swim, so they recommended not trying to imitate the scene.
Be that as it may, the man has already become quite an internet celebrity… and his wife assures that she will probably find him in exactly the same place the next time she leaves him alone.
