Every day, without fail, this elderly woman goes for a walk with her lifelong companion.

For years, they walked the same streets together, under the same sun, breathing the same air. But as time went by, the little dog’s paws began to fail her, and the legs that once ran could now barely stay standing.
So she took some PVC pipes and built, with her own hands, a small blue walker. Now she takes her out for walks twice a day, and the little dog walks with her eyes wide open, panting with excitement, as if she could still feel the same old wind on her face. Affection does not retire with age: it learns to invent new ways to keep caring.
