Someone asked Jeff Dabe to compare his hand with that of a “normal” person. He had the perfect person right beside him: his wife.
The result was caught on video. His fingers completely cover her hand, and her wedding ring looks like a toy next to such a massive palm. The comments kept pouring in: many joked that he looks just like Wreck-It Ralph himself.
Jeff is an athlete from Minnesota, known in the world of arm wrestling for the enormous size of his hands and forearms. As a child, his parents took him to specialists at the University of Minnesota to find out what was going on. The doctors ruled out gigantism, acromegaly, and elephantiasis. There are no tumors or fluid retention: his bones, muscles, and tendons are simply massive, symmetrical, and healthy.
A natural genetic condition he was born with, and one that has now made him go viral.
