A man was caught stealing at a farm in Meru, Kenya. The neighbors did not call the police. They preferred to take justice into their own hands by giving him two options: eat the 51 avocados he stole… or face something much worse.
The footage shows the suspect surrounded by residents as he tries to eat them one after another. Some even offered him water to help him keep going. Yes, water, because giving up did not seem like an option.
Eating more than 50 unripe avocados can cause severe stomach pain, inflammation, nausea, vomiting, and serious digestive problems. The punishment ended up becoming an extreme physical challenge.
