VIDEO: Mother duck cries out for help so firefighters would go rescue her ducklings stuck in a drain

An unusual event caught the attention of residents in the city of Murrieta, located in the state of California in the United States.

The Murrieta Fire Department intervened immediately after detecting that a group of small birds was in a dangerous situation that compromised their physical well-being. The procedure was recorded on video by witnesses, who observed how the animals’ mother instinctively guided the officers to the site of the incident.

Thanks to the specialists’ quick action, all the animals involved were brought to safety, allowing the bird family to be reunited once again in their natural environment.
