Trans influencer Eva went viral after posting a video in which she played “Kiss or Slap” with men on the street. The game consisted of letting them choose between receiving a kiss or a slap.
At one point, a young man chose the kiss, and Eva kissed him. However, seconds later she spoke in a hoarse voice, and the man’s reaction drew attention: he visibly moved away in surprise and eventually fled the scene.
The video sparked a heated debate on social media. While some users considered it simply a joke and laughed at the young man’s reaction, others questioned whether there had been sufficient consent for the kiss and described the situation as possible sexual assault by surprise.
The discussion raised a question that ended up being more controversial than the video itself: is it still a joke when one of the people does not know all the information before agreeing to physical contact?
