A video captured by the security cameras of a residential building in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, raised concern among neighbors after showing a 13-year-old boy throwing objects from the 13th floor of a PPR complex.
The footage shows the minor throwing objects from one of the building’s areas toward the lower area. The recording began circulating widely on social media and drew attention because of the enormous danger it posed: any object thrown from that height can hit a person and cause serious injuries or even death.
Following the spread of the video, police intervened and the teenager was taken to a police station for questioning in the company of his parents. Authorities also carried out checks at the scene to clarify what happened.
At the time of the report, no injuries had been reported. However, the case raised concern among residents and served as a reminder of something as simple as it is important: from the 13th floor, even an object that seems harmless can become a projectile capable of causing a tragedy.
