Gene Breeden had been driving a 36-ton truck for only a mile when he choked on the drink he was having. The cab camera recorded him thrashing in his seat and then appearing to lose consciousness, while the vehicle continued moving out of control.

The video was shared by Rob Carpenter, who explained that, in his view, Breeden had done nothing wrong and that once he started choking, there was little he could do. His message points to a simple precaution: stop to eat or drink instead of doing so while driving.
