Born without one of its front legs, it needed a prosthesis that would allow it to move around more comfortably. But its human decided that this element didn’t always have to look like a gray, boring medical device.
Thanks to 3D printing, she began creating different models for it, and what started as a functional solution ended up becoming an entire collection. There’s a red one shaped like a llama, another orange one that looks like a duck’s foot, a fluorescent green one inspired by a skeleton hand, and even a pink one reminiscent of a doll’s leg.
The fun is that it’s not just the colors that change: each design has a completely different shape and can go with different outfits, occasions, or simply the mood of the day.
Thus, a feature this little one was born with ended up becoming something it doesn’t try to hide. On the contrary: now it can show it off in ten different ways and with plenty of personality.
