💥 Six seasons. Two movies. Millions of fans around the world. And a friendship that, according to Kim Cattrall, never existed.

The actress who brought Samantha Jones to life — the freest, boldest, and most beloved character in ‘Sex and the City’ — said it bluntly to Piers Morgan: “We were never friends. We were colleagues.” A phrase that condenses more than 20 years of tensions, salary differences, and a breakup so definitive that Cattrall turned down the reboot ‘And Just Like That’ with an unusual condition: when she returned for a brief cameo in 2023, she demanded to film without crossing paths with any of her former co-stars. Not even with the showrunner. 🎬

The most visible breaking point came in 2018, when Kim’s brother, Christopher, died. Sarah Jessica Parker sent her condolences publicly… and Cattrall responded on Instagram by calling her a “hypocrite”. Parker, for her part, told People: “I don’t dislike her. I’ve never said that.” Two versions that still do not meet, just like them. ✂️
