Caitlin Harrington came to weigh 272 kilos.
She is known as @599.to.damnshesfine, and that name is no coincidence: her highest weight was 599 pounds. On April 22, 2024, she underwent gastric sleeve surgery (VSG), and since then she has documented every kilo lost in front of hundreds of thousands of followers who accompany her on her journey.
Today, her weight is around 274 pounds, about 124 kilos, which means she has lost more than 136 kilos since her highest weight. But losing weight was only the first part of her story. Now Caitlin faces a challenge that few anticipate when they begin this journey: the excess skin left behind by such a radical transformation of her body. She continues to show the entire process, without filters, just as she has done since day one.
