Nearly 28 years later, Lisa Ann Walter and Elaine Hendrix walked together down a red carpet again.
This time it was at the 2026 Emmys, far from the Maine camp where their characters, Chessy and Meredith Blake, won the affection (and dislike) of an entire generation in “The Parent Trap”. Lisa Ann chose an elegant, understated black dress; Elaine went for a light-colored look brimming with details. Two opposing styles, the same chemistry as always.
But there was something that inevitably caught everyone’s attention: the two look very different from how the audience remembers them in the movie. More than one fan had to take a second look to realize who they were. Time has passed, yes, but the chemistry between them remained intact, as if Hallie and Annie could appear at any moment to split them up again. 🎬💫
