Kristin and Nick Lammert, from Oviedo, Florida, never planned anything. Not dates, not inductions, not calendars on the fridge. It simply happened: Sophia arrived on August 25, 2015, Giuliana followed exactly three years later, in 2018, and Mia completed the circle in 2021, on that same day of the year.
The last birth came two weeks early because of preeclampsia that Kristin developed, and even so Mia decided to wait until the exact date. A sociology professor at the University of Minnesota did the math: the odds of this happening are around 8 in 1 million.
Today the family celebrates a single birthday with three cakes and three different stories. Kristin sums it up this way: destiny, divine intervention, or the loved ones who are no longer here, watching over this family’s calendar from somewhere. 🎉👧👧👧
