A woman named shared the painful loss of her 11-year-old cat, Keesa, who died after accidentally becoming trapped inside a washing machine. The woman explained that her pet had never gone in there before.

Although at first she did not want to talk about it because of the guilt, she decided to tell her story to warn other people about these kinds of risks in the home: “Please, check before turning anything on. Always. I would give anything to go back”, she wrote.
The woman recalled that cats tend to seek out small, dark, warm spaces to hide, such as washing machines or dryers. That is why she urged people to always check these places before using them, in the hope of preventing other families from going through a similar tragedy 💔🥺.
