A Florida woman ended up arrested after allegedly stabbing her boyfriend following an unusual argument that began because he supposedly “passed gas” in her face while they were watching television together.
According to the police report, Deborah Burns said it all happened when her partner walked past her and passed gas in her face, which sparked a heated fight between them. The argument reportedly escalated quickly into the kitchen, where they began throwing objects and knives.
Authorities said the man ended up with abdominal injuries after being struck by a kitchen knife. Burns was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
