Luis Oliva went out to sell bread and ended up crying in the middle of the street. The young man travels around La Rioja every day to earn a living and cover his expenses; during one workday, a man known as “Coreta” reportedly mocked and insulted him while he was working.
The situation affected him, and those nearby saw him break down. Neighbors who witnessed the moment came over to comfort him and also bought bread from him. Afterward, the scene began circulating on social media, where users expressed solidarity with Oliva and condemned the mockery.
The episode left two scenes on the same street: a worker trying to get through his workday in tears and people who stopped to be with him and support his sales.
