For years, she attended fitness classes in Utah, where her instructors began to notice something special: she learned and remembered the routines with remarkable ease. Over time, she decided to take it a step further and became certified as an UpBeat Barre instructor, becoming the first person with Down syndrome to do so.
At her debut, she brought together more than 60 people and led the class, microphone and all. Her goal goes beyond exercise: Aubry wants every person who enters the room, regardless of their abilities, to feel that they have a place there too. ❤️

This makes it more precise and, in fact, the story is even more powerful because you can mention that she was the first person with Down syndrome certified in that program.
