Naomi Greer-Wilkinson was 25 years old when she rode X2, one of the most extreme roller coasters at Six Flags Magic Mountain in California. When she got off, she suffered a severe brain hemorrhage and had to undergo emergency surgery.
More than two months later, she remains hospitalized and depends on a ventilator to breathe. Just six days earlier, another woman, Pamela Guillen, had suffered a similar brain emergency after riding the same attraction.
So far, three people have sued the park and the manufacturer, while a law firm says it represents more than 100 people who report brain injuries related to X2. The roller coaster has remained closed since July. 🎢
