He only had a white cane in one hand and, in the other, a sign that read “A little help, please”.
He couldn’t see her. He couldn’t have looked at her in any way, much less in the way she claimed amid insults in front of dozens of passengers who were recording the scene without fully understanding what was happening.
The video, originally recorded in 2024, began circulating again on social media, and the woman was dubbed “Lady Metro”.
Users were quick to notice the detail she seemed to completely ignore: the cane, the sign, the blindness. No one knows whether she ever apologized.
