“You’re not going to hit me in the name of God” Pastor tried to “deliver her” by shoving, and she punched him back in the middle of the ceremony

There are moments when reality surpasses fiction, but what happened in this church left everyone open-mouthed and unsure whether to pray, call the police, or grab some popcorn. What began as a traditional prayer and spiritual deliverance service turned into a full-blown heavyweight fight in the middle of the altar.

It all began when the pastor, in the midst of his religious fervor, tried to perform a “healing prayer” for one of the attendees. However, far from being gentle, the religious leader began using a rather aggressive technique: forceful pushes to the head, slaps to the face, and rough shaking to make the woman “fall in the spirit”.

But the congregant wasn’t willing to put up with the physical treatment. Tired of being slapped in the face, the woman neither passed out nor experienced a revelation… what she felt was the urge to defend herself! Without a second thought, she dodged the pastor’s next slap and landed a right hook straight to his face that made the temple walls echo.

In a matter of seconds, the faith session turned into a festival of shoving, slapping, and grabbing in front of a shocked congregation that didn’t know whether to intervene or run for the exits. The video, which has racked up millions of views on social media, has sparked a wave of laughter, memes, and a heated debate where no one can agree:

On one side are those who firmly support the woman, insisting that many religious leaders confuse faith with physical abuse and that she simply acted in self-defense against a man who was assaulting her in front of everyone.

On the other side are the defenders of “Team Pastor”, who say the woman disrespected the church and that her violent reaction was definitive proof that “she really needed deliverance because she had bad vibes”.

A scene as bizarre as it is surreal, showing us that sometimes earthly patience runs out long before divine peace arrives.

Whose side are you on? Was the woman right to defend herself, or did she go too far in church?
