Tom Holland and Zendaya were welcomed with cheers and excitement during a Spider-Man event in Mexico City. However, the celebration ended up sparking an unexpected debate when they were given a Mexican flag altered with images of the superhero.
The actors held it up for photographs without imagining that the scene would go viral. Although Mexican law considers altering the characteristics of the National Flag an offense, so far no authority has announced an investigation or sanctions over what happened.
