Her partner, Anthony Lerma, said in an interview, “I thought she was joking when I heard the news,” especially since, although he has a twin, there was no history of multiple pregnancies in Adriana’s family.

The babies—Amora, Analia, Arya, and A’zura—were born on Valentine’s Day after just 29 weeks of pregnancy. Adriana admits they are a “miracle because they weren’t supposed to be here,” defying the odds of birth control methods.
