Ester Expósito has responded to the criticism she faced after appearing dancing in “La Casita,” the exclusive stage-side area featured during Bad Bunny’s concerts in Madrid. The Spanish actress addressed the controversy during an interview on the TV show Al cielo con ella, defending her right to enjoy reggaeton without it conflicting with her feminist beliefs.

“You can be a feminist and enjoy reggaeton and twerk all the way to the floor if you want to,” Expósito said, pushing back against those who questioned her participation in the show. She described the debate as an “old discussion” and criticized what she called a “stale puritanism” that seeks to dictate how women should behave in order to be considered feminists.

The actress also argued that it is hypocritical to use feminist rhetoric to restrict women’s freedom. While acknowledging criticism regarding the lack of diversity among those selected for “La Casita,” she maintained that enjoying music, dancing, and expressing oneself freely should not be grounds for public judgment. Her comments have reignited debate on social media about feminism, personal freedom, and popular culture.
