Yes, as you read, the Harry Potter actors already have children, and that already makes us a little emotional (very). Daniel Radcliffe said he started showing the saga to his young son, as if reminding us that a whole lifetime has passed since the first movie wasn’t enough.
The sweetest part is that the boy still doesn’t understand that the Harry Potter who appears on screen is his dad. To him, it’s probably just a movie with magic, wands, castles, and a boy with glasses who lives impossible adventures.
But those of us who grew up with the saga know how lovely that moment is. Daniel isn’t just showing him a movie: he’s opening the door to the world that marked millions of people and also changed his own life.
Now we just have to see if his son one day ends up looking like another version of Harry Potter. Almost like closing the circle, don’t you think?
