Cielo, a greyhound dog who lived on the street and had lost her sight, managed to recover thanks to being rescued by a couple of animal advocates. Claudio and Tatiana decided to help her after discovering that she was suffering from ehrlichiosis, a disease transmitted by ticks, in addition to severe malnutrition.
The advanced stage of the illness had caused her blindness, but after receiving veterinary treatment and constant care, the dog managed to regain her sight and improve her health. Today she lives alongside other animals rescued by the couple, who continue dedicating their lives to caring for abandoned animals ❤️🩹.
