This guy was really twisted!
The following image shows an X-ray taken of Victoria Leal, a 23-year-old woman who, to her misfortune, met William Suff.
In 1989 her body was found on the Quail Valley hillside.
Her autopsy revealed that she had been tied up; she also had scratches on her face, a black eye, and several terrifying wounds that were inflicted while she was still alive.
After ending her life, not satisfied, Suff inserted a light bulb into her abdomen.
William is still alive today and is responsible for having silenced 12 women, earning himself the nickname “the Riverside night worker killer.”
He recently confessed to being responsible for the disappearance of another girl.
