알론드라 시에라는 진단을 받았을 때 겨우 19세였다. 진단명은 가장 공격적인 피부암 중 하나인 흑색종이었다. 그 뒤로 5년 동안 수술이 하나씩 이어졌고, 그녀는 필터나 화장 없이 그 과정을 카메라에 기록했다.
