Maxi López recounted a particular argument he had with Zlatan Ibrahimovic while they were teammates at AC Milan:
“I remember once I received the ball, controlled it, and played it into the box for Ibrahimovic. He stood still, watching where the ball went. Then suddenly he turned around and started yelling at me.”
“That was it. We went to the locker room; I thought he was going to say something, but he didn’t even come near me. Days went by, Wednesday came, and we had a Champions League match. He came up to me and said, ‘I like the personality of Argentines—they say what they want, unlike Brazilians.’”
