During a youth tournament between Club Atlético Maka and Sportivo Mariano Roque Alonso, an unexpected incident occurred: the players broke into a brawl.
While some players were shoving each other and others tried to break it up, someone had the idea to deliver a vicious flying kick to his opponent’s back without the latter realizing he was being struck.
The reaction was immediate, and the teammates of the attacked player immediately came to his defense, chasing after the young man who was dubbed on social media as “the most cowardly soccer player in history.”
The brawl ended after the police had to arrive on the field to calm the situation, leaving a terrible ending to what was supposed to be a sporting event for young people.
