TikTok is overflowing with trends and challenges that users join in on to make their videos go viral and receive thousands of likes. One of these is the use of the “mirror” effect, which shows users what their faces would look like if they were perfectly symmetrical. Some have obtained terrifying results and others results that are quite surprising.
But, what about celebrities?
Well, Dr. Dustin Portela, a dermatologist, wanted to show us what some celebrities would look like if their faces were perfectly symmetrical. Among them are Beyoncé, Brad Pitt and Kim Kardashian.
His video, which already has more than 7,000 likes, shows celebrity faces and includes an emotional speech by the doctor:
“Even celebrities who we consider beautiful would look radically different if their faces were perfectly symmetrical. Everybody has asymmetry in their face and that’s perfectly ok. It’s important to know that nobody actually has a perfectly symmetrical face, so don’t become self-conscious. Embrace who you are and love who you are.”
