Birthday parties are always very special, especially during childhood. Many children want to celebrate big with gifts, decorations, and guests like their friends and family. However, there are others who prefer something simpler and more specific.
In Mexico, a little boy named Ian celebrated his sixth birthday with a very special themed party where he decided to dress up as a bus driver like his grandfather Otilio Valdez. The little boy loves him so much that this meant much more to him than any superhero or other fictional character that children are used to admiring.
The images were shared by the senior on his Facebook profile, where you can see that the birthday boy was able to become a minibus driver for a day. He even got a credential with his picture on it.

«After having gone without wearing a tie for I don’t know how long, I wore one just to honor my grandson on his birthday. Seeing him happy is the best thing ever. Happy first six years,» Otilio wrote in the Facebook post.
The two posed together in front of the camera wearing glasses, a shirt, tie, and driver’s license. Surely Ian had been planning this special occasion for him for a long time, and the truth is that he didn’t have to do much to cheer him up on his day. He looks very happy with his grandfather in the photos and very sweet as a mini driver.

He admires his grandfather’s work so much that he even had a piñata shaped like a bus and one made out of cardboard to pose with. It’s very likely that when he grows up, he’ll be driving on the roads in this vehicle.
His mom, Mitzy Valdez, mentioned in a comment that she only missed one small detail in his outfit, but she couldn’t get her hands on it. «I do everything to see him happy. He wanted a moustache, but I couldn’t find one, and I didn’t want to paint one on,» the mother said in the publication.

The images didn’t take long to go viral and receive comments from Facebook users. «We are going to set aside a bus for him when he knows how to drive,» said someone on the social network. Many others took the opportunity to congratulate him on his birthday.
