We know that abs are one of the most demanding areas when it comes to starting to work out. It requires a lot of consistency and good nutrition to make changes, but believe me, it seems like nothing is impossible if we follow this YouTuber’s training routine.
In only two weeks – yes, you read that correctly – 14 days, you’ll be able to achieve the abs you want through a very simple proposal: it consists of 21 exercises that last 30 seconds each with a short break of 10 seconds between every two exercises.

In total, the ab workout will only take you 10 minutes, where you’ll perform different specialized exercises such as planks, Russian twists and reverse abdominals. However, we recommend that you warm up before starting so that you can burn fat more quickly.
